We are seeking caring individuals who have the skills, desire, and patience to help adolescents in crisis and provide services in a residential facility.

Full-Time 2nd Shift Direct Care Worker positions are available currently.


Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience working with adolescents, or direct care staff should have either a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field or high school diploma.
 

Physical Requirements:

  • Possess average and above visual and auditory capabilities in the supervision of adolescents
  • (BFOQ:) Be physically capable of meeting TCI (restraint) requirements
  • (BFOQ:) Have no health conditions that would prevent participation in restraint requirements
  • Able to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Able to squat, bend, stoop
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Able to walk and/or run a quarter mile continuously, and/or climb steps/stairs as necessary
  • Ability to remain conscious and alert if/when scheduled to work late night/early morning hours
